Welcome! I’m so excited to capture your special moments. To help make your session smooth and enjoyable, here’s everything you need to know about working with me at Fairchild Photo Co.
1. Booking + Planning
Sessions are reserved with a signed contract and non-refundable retainer.
We’ll work together to choose a time, date, and location that feels right for your vision.
2. Styling Support
You’ll receive access to my Client Closet — a curated collection of flattering, photo-ready dresses for mamas and neutral pieces for little ones.
I also provide a full Session Prep + Style Guide to make choosing outfits stress-free!
3. Your Session Day
Sessions are relaxed and easygoing. I’ll gently guide you into poses while encouraging natural movement and connection.
Expect to laugh, snuggle, and just enjoy time with your loved ones.
Booking Your Session
Sessions are booked online through my easy-to-use booking system.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due before or on the session day.
Priority booking and scheduling are available for returning clients and package holders.
What to Expect
I specialize in lifestyle photography with a relaxed and natural approach.
Sessions typically last between 30 to 90 minutes depending on the session type.
Whether indoors in the studio or outdoors at your favorite location, I’ll guide you through poses and capture genuine moments.
Preparing for Your Session
Choose outfits that feel comfortable and reflect your style — I’m happy to help with wardrobe tips!
Bring any special items, props, or heirlooms you want featured.
For newborn or Fresh 48 sessions, it’s best to schedule within the first two weeks after birth.
Plan to arrive on time and ready to enjoy the experience.
Location & Travel
Studio sessions take place at Studio Share 417 with natural light and cozy settings.
Outdoor sessions happen at beautiful local spots or your chosen location.
Travel fees may apply for locations beyond Springfield or the surrounding area — these will be clearly communicated before booking. I offer in home sessions and willing to travel.
Deliverables
You’ll receive a beautiful online gallery of edited, high-resolution images.
Full print release included so you can print and share your photos freely.
Galleries typically arrive within 2-3 weeks after your session.
Policies
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment can be made via credit card, ApplePay, Venmo, or PayPal .

02.Do you offer a Client Closet?
Yes! I offer a curated Client Closet full of flattering, photo-ready dresses for mamas (sizes XS–XXL) and coordinating outfits for little ones. These pieces are perfect for creating that soft, timeless look.
03. What if my kids don’t cooperate during the session?
First—don’t stress. I completely understand that little ones have big feelings (and short attention spans). My approach is relaxed, playful, and child-led. I’ll guide your family gently through prompts and moments that allow your kids to be themselves—whether that means snuggles, giggles, or even a snack break.
Some of the best, most heartfelt photos happen in the in-between moments when kids are just being kids. You don’t need perfect behavior—you just need to show up, love on your people, and let me do the rest. I promise we’ll capture something beautiful.
